TB1750iのタイミングベルトキットを構成するテンショナーのスプリング押さえやアイドラープーリーには、樹脂部品（プラスチック）が使用されています。 金属に比べてプラスチックは、加水分解、熱、衝撃などに弱いため、最終型の4Cでさえ、5年もしくは10万キロでの交換を推奨されています。 そこで10年/10万kmをかなえるべく、純正部品を輸購入後、早期劣化の原因である樹脂部品を排除するため、可能な限り樹脂部品を金属に置き換えて製作しました。ベアリングも高品質で高耐久な日本製を選定しています。 唯一ウォーターポンプは製作できませんでしたが、純正の樹脂製インペラではなく、金属製インペラのポンプを選定しました。ポンプのベアリングガイドのみ樹脂を使用してありますが、グリスに漬かっている上にオイルシールでフタをされているため、加水分解による劣化の心配はありません。ポンプメーカーは「より高い耐久性を持つ」と謳う反面、耐久年数を明らかにしていませんが、加水分解してしまう要素が無いため、日本車並みの性能が期待できると考えています。 ただしあくまでもメーカーが保証値を明確にしていないため、10万キロか9年のいずれかを超えて水温計が異常を示したら交換してください。 適合： アルファロメオのTB1750iエンジンを搭載する、以下の車両 　159 　4C 　ジュリエッタ 　ブレラ ※取り付けには専門知識と工具が必要です。 ※梱包サイズを60にするため、タイミングベルトは純正の箱から取り出し、中身だけを同梱にします。 In the TB1750i timing belt kit, parts such as the spring retainer of the tensioner and the idler pulley use resin (plastic) components. Compared to metal, plastic is vulnerable to hydrolysis, heat, and shock. For this reason, even the final model of the 4C recommends replacement every 5 years or 100,000 km. To achieve a target of 10 years / 100,000 km, we imported genuine parts and redesigned the kit by replacing resin components with metal wherever possible, eliminating the main cause of early deterioration. High-quality, long-life Japanese-made bearings were also selected. The only part we could not redesign is the water pump. However, instead of the genuine resin impeller, we selected a pump with a metal impeller. Only the bearing guide of the pump still uses resin, but since it is immersed in grease and sealed with an oil seal, there is no risk of hydrolysis-related degradation. The pump manufacturer claims "higher durability" but does not specify an exact lifespan. Still, since there are no factors leading to hydrolysis, we expect performance comparable to that of Japanese cars. Nevertheless, because no official durability value has been provided by the manufacturer, please replace the pump if the coolant temperature gauge shows abnormalities after 100,000 km or 9 years, whichever comes first.
